The success of this event depends solely on the support of local businesses such as yours, and that success is a direct reflection of the generosity of the communities of El Monte and South El Monte. The scholarship pageant is funded through the sale of ads placed in the pageant program.

The Miss Friendly El Monte/South El Monte Pageant Association promotes and enhances the lives of its participants with learning new skills to enhance their growth, self-confidence and social skills.
The Miss Friendly El Monte/South El Monte Pageant Association Royal Court will receive scholarship money and become goodwill ambassadors for the cities of El Monte and South El Monte.
  • We are now accepting applications for the Royal Court. We have four categories:
    -Miss Friendly EMSEM Pageant
    -Mister Friendly EMSEM Pageant. 
    -Miss Teen Friendly EMSEM Pageant
    -Mister Teen Friendly EMSEM Pageant
